Be advised that scammers are posting fraudulent job listings on various online job sites and in print and online newspaper classifieds and are misusing the name of NBTY and/or a subsidiary of NBTY, such as Rexall, Met-Rx or Nature’s Bounty without authorization. NBTY does not charge a fee, directly or indirectly, to job applicants applying for a job. The following are some signs of a fraudulent listing: it contains grammatical or spelling errors; it seeks extensive personal information such as social security, bank account or credit card numbers, driver’s license number; it asks for a fee up front; or it requires the applicant to wire money through Western Union or MoneyGram. If you have been the victim of such a fraud or believe you have seen such a fraudulent advertisement, you should report it to your local police department and the Federal Trade Commission.
